Activations
These are to prepare the body to engage the proper muscles for the circuits below. Make sure to do 1 round of each.
Front & Side Planks, Hip Thrust
Hold Planks for 20 sec and Hip Thrust for 10 reps. Keep tall posture on the planks and focus on glutes on hip thrust.
Banded Hip Walk Activation
To activation the Hips. Walk feet wide pushing knees outward. Walk side to side for 10-12 reps each way.
